DONT SPEND MONEY ON IT!

I do promoting for a recording artist and I literally have spent almost $11,000 in a roughly 2 and a half years span.
In the past 6 months weve spent less and less due to the inconsistency of the app and its customer service. 2 weeks ago I spent $100 in one day just to try it and hope maybe it was working again and I got a majority of the likes but the follower section is so unstable so trust me when I say youre better off to just use the free way and NOT to spend money on it because you will NOT get what you pay for. If I tallied up my receipts for what I havent got from this app this guy would owe my probably a million coins (NO JOKE).
And the price of the app has gone up probably because their losing business for not caring about their customers and producing for people.
Oh now to the customer service part SMH.... HERES an honest tally here.
Sent 72 emails in the past 6 months about me losing over a thousand dollars! And you know how many replies from the app/operator I got???
1 ! Only 1 !!!
So the app ate a $100 in a few hours and I literally got nothing back. LITERALLY.
And here I was a consistent $400 a month customer for years. But it died down slower and slower with the more and more of when I saw nothing for what I spent on it. They lost my BU$INE$$ FOREVER! Thanks for nothing!
Anybody who would treat their customers (especially long term who stuck by the app thru all of the bugs and the losing money). Take my advice and find another app if youre planning on spending money. Guaranteed this app is ran by some kid out of their moms kitchen because he is a terrible terrible business man. Only a fool would lose steady income and treat their company as bad as their customers. Even the late great Jobs said those are the ones who keep a company a float, the loyal customers. Which they lost their most loyal. They even said it to me 2 years ago, I still have the email. That was when the company was actually good. 2 years ago.
